I am a marriage and family therapist with twelve years of experience. My time has been spent supporting and advocating for children and adolescents in our local institutions. I have worked with the Ministry of Human Development; the Department of Human Services and I continue to collaborate with Public Service’s Employee Assistance Program to provide services to government employees. I have a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University. During my internships I learned to work with clients with dual diagnosis, I conducted narcotics anonymous groups with women, domestic violence groups for women. I worked with children diagnosed with early childhood disorders. Over time I utilized my training and skills to help facilitate change in my clients locally here in Belize. I’m advocate for change and it is my privilege to aid clients in seeing their lives change in a way that works for them. Mental Health is wealth!
